  • 1/2 avo (if small) 1/4 avo (if large)

  • 1 big handful of baby spinach⁣
  • 1/4 tsp Tonika's cordyceps
  • 2 heaped tbsp of cacao powder
  • 1 tsp Tonika's cacao and maca adaptogenic blend⁣ (optional)
  • 1/3 cup coconut milk
Method:
